Kids Help Phone offers phone counselling service for youth and keeps your information secret. No one else will find out about your conversation, you do not even have to tell them your name. They are there to help you.
A national center focused on all anxiety disorders. This website offers more information on the various anxiety disorders, and resources for coping with anxiety. There is a student portal for youth which offers much more information for youth facing anxiety.
